I'm glad to write this recommendation for Collaborative Success with a grateful heart. Collaborative Success came to our life as a blessing. Ace from Collaborative Success helped us with Nanny to take care of our newborn twins. It was our first babies. It was a big change to me and my wife because we didn't have any help from our family. Collab Success came to us as a family member. Through this big transition, they provided us support and help. I contacted Collab Success while my wife was pregnant, Achlee gave us assurance that she will be with us during our transition. I was nervous during my wife's labor and didn't know much what to do after taking babies home. Being new parents, having twins and not having any family help we needed lot of support at least at the beginning when we get used to the change. Ace and Connie from Collab Success came to visit us at a hospital, I was relieved. They provided everything you name it. My wife was able to take rest which was very necessary because she was still with pain and under medication due to C-section. That recovery took time! "Fantastic tutor!"

Ace tutored my 11 year old in math for several months. Always well-prepared for the sessions, always punctual, always easy to communicate with, she was a pleasure to work with. My daughter took to her immediately and Ace was able to quickly zero in on the trouble areas with my daughter's math skills so that she was able to get the most out of her sessions. She incorporated tips and suggested websites my daughter could utilize on her own time, and was always patient during tutoring sessions, approaching problems in various ways until she found one that best "clicked" with my daughter's way of processing information to make sure she really got it and wasn't just parroting answers. My daughter's math grades and her confidence level has improved after her weekly sessions, and I will not hesitate to contact Ace again in the future should we ever need a tutor!
